Jennifer Lynn Lopez or also best known as J.Lo, is an American actress, singer, dancer, businesswomen, etc. Born on July 24, 1969, to a Puerto Rican family, in Castle Hill, New York, NY, Jennifer always had a love for dancing since childhood.

Her career started off when she was a young dancer performing in musicals, videos, and stages. At the age of 16, she had a small role in the movie “My Little Girl”, and in 1991, she went on a show called “In Living Color”. Later, Lopez wanted to focus on acting and appeared in the 1996 movie “Jack”, and “Blood and Wine” in 1997. 

Her big break came from staring in the 1997 documentary “Selena”. After this, her success in movies rose, she became one of the highest-paid Latina actresses. Some of her rom-coms were “The Wedding Planner”, “Maid in Manhattan”, “Monster-in-Law”, and “Angel Eyes”, being widely played till this day.

Though she is known for being an actress, she also does well in music. Her first album, “On the 6” in 1999, became platinum and sold over 8 million copies across the world. The second album in 2001, “J.Lo” quickly sold 300,000 copies within the first week of release. From then on, she continued creating successful albums, and going on tours.

Jennifer’s first publicized relationship was with rapper Diddy (in 1999) and were known as the “it couple” in Hollywood for many years. After calling quits in 2001, she began to date (leading to an engagement) with fellow actor Ben Affleck in 2002, both starring in the movie “Jersey Girl”. As the two spilt in 2004, she then quickly moved on to a 7-year marriage with singer Marc Anthony. After having various short relationships, after her split with Marc, she found her true love with baseball player Alex Rodriguez. The two met in 2017 and are engaged to this day.

The star has two twins, Emme Maribel Muniz & Maximilian David Muniz, with ex-husband, Marc Anthony on February 22, 2008. Alex Rodriguez has two daughters, Natasha Alexander Rodriguez & Ella Alexander Rodriguez, from his ex-wife Cythnia Scutis. Since getting together, both families became a happy whole.

Despite being one of the most successful singers, and actresses, she continues to do various work. From being one of judges on the hit show “World of Dance”, to acting in movies & going on tours, she is unstoppable. On February 2nd,2020, her and fellow singer Shakira performed at the half-time show at the Superbowl. She truly is a hardworking woman and doesn’t seem to stop anytime soon.
