Matthew Steven LeBlanc, or better known as Matt LeBlanc, is an American actor and comedian. He was born on July 25, 1967 in Newton, MA, to parents Patricia and Paul LeBlanc. He also has one brother named Justin.
Early Life
After he finished high school, Matt started getting modeling jobs while still practicing his acting skills. He then landed some high brand deals in New York. Some include advertising Heinz Ketchup, and Bon Jovi’s music video (Miracle). During the 80’s he began his roles in television in Hollywood. His first work was in 13 episodes of “TV 101”, “Just the Ten of Us”, and “Married With Children”. Though he was already well-off with his career, his next role put him at the top.
Friends
In 1994, Matt and 5 other cast mates began shooting a show that would be the most watched show ever. Friends is a sit-com about 6 friends living their lives in New York City. It became so successful that they got millions per episode towards the end. Matt played “Joey Tribbani”, a struggling Italian actor trying to make it, while being a lady’s man and a food over. After the end of the show (1994-2004), he continued to play Joey in the spin-off, showing his character succeeding in Hollywood.
Other Appearances
After “Joey” got cancelled in 2006, he began appearing in other shows. LeBlanc appeared in “Web Therapy”, who was produced by fellow “Friends” castmate, Lisa Kudrow. In 2011, he played in “Episodes”, which he won a Golden Globe for. In 2014, he starred in a film called “Lovesick”. Two years later, he starred in “Man With a Plan”, and his journey of being a stay-at-home-dad.

His first marriage was to Melissa McKnight in 2003,but divorced in 2006.He also shares a daughter with her named Marina. He then dated Andrea Anders until 2015. His ongoing relationship is with Aurora Mulligan.
